  • 2009 | Joined CoolHotNot.com as Director of Vendor Relations, aiding in the development of the corporate business plan, marketing plan, vendor engagement strategy, beta launch approach, and revenue generation model for an Internet start-up that is developing a trailblazing social networking website which aids consumers in making intelligent consumer electronics choices.

  • 2008 | Drove $8M worth of sales monitoring enhancements in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.  Managed relationships with multiple external agencies, and led the development of quality Web-based content and the user experience strategy for a first-of-a-kind IBM program which provided small and medium-sized businesses with the ability to identify and purchase business solutions from an online marketplace.

  • 2007 | Led a global IBM team which reengineered and streamlined business partner payment processes, reducing payment cycle times by 30%. Aligned disparate sales reporting processes and tools across key high-growth markets in Korea, China, and India, vastly improving sales reporting accuracy and timeliness.

  • 2006 | Managed a large, $50M+ portfolio of IBM business partner process transformation projects, including sales reporting, opportunity management, special bids, incentives, and partner relationship management. 

  • 2005 | Envisioned, launched and led a new 1000+ member IBM organization and 30 member steering committee that empowered technical support professionals to lead numerous concurrent projects that aided in transforming IBM's technical support processes and tools.  Launched and led committees that focused on key aspects of post sales technical support such as Client Self Assist, Electronic Service Agent, Electronic Service Request, and Strategic Call Management.

  • 2004 | Managed a $1.5M budget and oversaw over 40 executive-level studies and internal conferences which provided IBM executives with key insights that enhanced IBM policies, procedures, and technologies while serving as the Program Director of the IBM Academy of Technology, a 300+ member organization comprised of elected senior technical leaders from all IBM business units and geographies.

  • 2003 | Reengineered the IBM Academy of Technology's technical agenda management system, allowing the Academy to expand the number of annual studies by 500% and vastly improving the quality, timeliness, and volume of Academy study reports.  Received an IBM Corporate Award for Process Reengineering.  Co-led an executive-level Productivity Metrics Task Force which developed a set of common metrics for measuring and fostering development productivity in IBM’s hardware, software and research divisions. 

  • 2002 | Drove a 50% reduction in the cost and time required to deploy IBM internal Web-based applications by reengineering IBM's Web hosting infrastructure and standards.  Designed an innovative Web Hosting Standards Lifecycle Management Process.  Developed and led IBM's Web Hosting Standards Review Board.  Received IBM Division Manager’s “Leadership Excellence” award.
